Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 10, 2026 · Effective October 10, 2026
Addresswell, LLC wants www.addresswell.co to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes the standard we work to, what we do, the limits we know about, and how to get help.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, across the Services. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we test and improve the Services as they change.
2. What we do
- Build pages with meaningful headings, landmarks, labels and text alternatives, and use native controls where possible.
- Support keyboard use throughout, with visible focus, logical order, focus kept inside open dialogs and returned when they close, and a skip from repeated navigation where provided.
- Maintain color contrast, never rely on color alone, and respect your reduced-motion setting.
- Make text resizable and layouts usable at narrow widths and high zoom.
- Give maps list and text alternatives, such as listing cards, addresses and the nearest-schools list, and keep map controls keyboard reachable.
- Announce search results, form errors and status messages to screen readers.
- Review new features against WCAG criteria and test with keyboards, screen readers and automated tools.
3. Known limitations
- Interactive maps from Mapbox may be difficult to use with some assistive technologies; the same listings and addresses are available in the results list and on listing pages.
- Photos, floor plans, plat maps, surveys and PDF documents are supplied by listing professionals and may lack text descriptions or accessible structure. Contact the listing professional, or us, for an accessible alternative.
- Checkout and the billing portal are provided by Stripe, and Google sign-in by Google, under their own accessibility programs.
- Embedded video and virtual-tour players are provided by third parties and may not offer captions or full keyboard support.
4. Get help or give feedback
If you have trouble using any part of the Services, or need information in another format, tell us. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We will try to respond within five business days and to provide the information or service another way while we work on a fix.
