Need more listing slots? Add as many as you need for $10 per slot each month, on any paid plan after a free trial. A slot is used only while a listing is active, coming soon or under contract after approval; off-market, expired and sold listings don’t use one.
A featured boost puts one listing in its area’s Featured rows and Sponsored search spots, with its price on the map: $79.99 for 1 month or $199.99 for 3 months on any plan, beyond your plan’s one-time included boost. ZIP profile boosts for your agent profile are separate; see the questions below.
Prices in US dollars, billed monthly; plans renew each month until you cancel. Nothing is charged on this page: a plan starts only after you verify your email and complete checkout in Plan & billing. See the Refunds & cancellation policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payment processor. You enter your card on Stripe’s secure checkout page over an encrypted connection, and Stripe stores card numbers encrypted with 256-bit AES. Addresswell never receives or stores your card number or any other payment details on its servers.

Starter is $49 per month, Pro is $99 per month, and Pro Plus is $149 per month. Prices are in US dollars. Your billing summary shows the amount and renewal terms before you confirm a subscription.
The plans give you different amounts of listing space and team access, and a one-time included featured boost. Starter includes 5 listing slots, 1 seat and one featured boost of 1 week. Pro includes 10 listing slots, 2 seats and one featured boost of 1 month. Pro Plus includes 15 listing slots, 3 seats and one featured boost of 2 months, plus one 14-day ZIP profile boost each billing period when a spot is open. Every plan includes 5 service ZIP codes for each agent, and the core listing and reporting tools are shared across all three.
Published listings use a slot: active, coming soon and under contract. Drafts, listings in review, and sold, rented, leased, withdrawn, off-market, expired or archived listings do not, and recorded past sales never use one. One property uses one slot even when it appears in more than one relevant property category. Your workspace shows your current usage.
Yes. Add as many extra listing slots as you need from Plan & billing, at $10 per slot each month. They’re added to your plan’s monthly subscription, so you get one bill on the same date and card, not a separate plan. Adding slots charges the rest of the current billing period right away (prorated), and the new slots are ready as soon as the payment goes through. You can remove slots that aren’t in use; they stay until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your next bill is lower. Extra slots are added once your plan is active (after a free trial ends), and they are shared by everyone in the workspace.
No. Changing its photos, description, price or other details updates the existing listing. It does not create an additional listing slot or reset its original first-published date.
Yes, from Plan & billing. Choosing another plan shows a summary, what changes and the new monthly price before anything happens. Upgrades start right away with a prorated charge for the rest of the month; downgrades start at your next billing date, and you keep your current plan until then. Cancel plan stops the next renewal: your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account, listings, photos, inquiries and profile are kept so you can choose a plan again any time. Payment methods and receipts are in the secure billing portal.
A seat is one person’s access to the professional workspace. The account owner counts as one seat. Starter includes 1 seat, Pro includes 2, and Pro Plus includes 3. Each person uses their own sign-in.
Yes. Every paid plan includes the supported listing reports, your professional profile and direct buyer inquiries. Reporting tools are not reserved for the higher tiers. Reports cover 7, 30 and 90-day periods on every plan. A data-retention schedule has not been published yet, so older activity is not promised.
Reports show recorded listing views, card clicks, save actions and submitted inquiries for the selected period. Estimated active time appears when enough timing data has been recorded. Contact-link clicks are shown separately from received messages. These are recorded actions, not a count of unique buyers or completed sales.
Active time estimates how long the page was visible and focused while the visitor remained active. Hidden tabs and idle periods are excluded. Some visits cannot be measured, and the report shows that coverage. It is an estimate of browsing activity, not proof that someone read every detail.
A featured boost puts one of your published listings in the Featured rows at the top of the homepage for buyers in its area and in the Sponsored spots of searches it matches, and shows its price on the search map. It’s $79.99 for 1 month or $199.99 for 3 months, paid once, on any plan.
Yes, once. Each workspace gets one included featured boost: 1 week on Starter, 1 month on Pro and 2 months on Pro Plus, set by your plan when you use it. Changing plans doesn’t add another. After that, featured boosts are paid.
As many as you like. Each featured listing has its own boost, and any published listing can be featured.
When more listings in an area are featured than there are spots, they take turns. Every hour, the featured listings with the fewest sponsored views so far go first, so a listing that’s falling behind stays up longer until it catches up. Every featured listing shows its price on the search map the whole time.
No. It ends on its own at the end of its term. To keep a listing featured, choose Renew in Promotions; the new term starts when the current one ends.
Move the boost to another published listing in Promotions; the end date stays the same. Time keeps running while a listing isn’t public, so move it as soon as you can.
In the Featured rows on the homepage for buyers in its area, and in the Sponsored positions of searches it matches: two among the first twenty results, one listing per organization at a time. It’s labeled Sponsored there and shows its price on the map. An explicit property search takes priority over an approximate connection location.
No. Featured boosts promote your listings. A ZIP profile boost sponsors your agent profile in one ZIP code’s agent directory for 14 days, with at most 3 sponsored agents per ZIP; it is labelled Sponsored and rotates with the others. Prices are set per ZIP, and you see the exact price before paying on ZIP codes in your workspace. Renewal is never automatic: you confirm it before the term ends. Pro Plus includes one ZIP profile boost each billing period. Separately, your profile can list up to 5 service ZIP codes at no extra cost, each needing a license on file for its state.
No. A featured boost provides featured placement for the chosen time. It does not guarantee a permanent top position, a particular number of views, messages or a sale. Promotions shows the sponsored views, card clicks and inquiries actually recorded.
